This is a very professional service. I was warned by the technician that the key might not work since I didn’t bring the vehicle in to the shop and when it didn’t he came to our house and fixed it without service charge. He was here within the hour. I will always use this business for all of my locksmith needs for my home, cars and rentals. Thanks

I am very surprised to see that they have no Google reviews? I went in this morning right before work and wasn't sure if they were going to be able to help me because my key was broke and I had a key that needed laser cutting. I was in and out of there within 15 mins and they had about 4 or 5 people walk in and pick up stuff. These guys work quick and after the first cut that was it, no needing to go and retest to make sure my key was right! I think I found my new key place! PS pricing was excellent!

I called to inquire about getting a locksmith out to rekey two locks. They said I needed to fill out and submit a form to which I replied that I will and could only schedule them then. Once I reviewed the form, I didn't feel like using them because you had to send a picture of ID and card which is very unsecure. I then received multiple calls from what appeared to be a telemarketer number so I avoided them. They ended up sending out a independent contractor tech without me ever scheduling them the next day. This man rekeyed the two locks and demanded payment from someone in the building not even related to the issue. This man paid him expecting to get reimbursed by his company. I received a call from the tenant explaining this situation and began having to call around figuring out where it came from. Once on the phone with LS, I received no help and was told they would be doing nothing on that matter and that I need to track down the man who paid the locksmith. Please avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed like me who now has to fix a situation they created.
